A love letter from the founder
Hey, I’m Elizabeth Faye
I’m a retired hairstylist, salon owner and beauty school teacher turned trauma-informed life coach, somatic practitioner, global keynote speaker and workplace wellness expert. While founding a seven-figure education brand, I got sick from burnout, which led to other health issues. You can have 99 problems, but the second your health becomes one, your whole life comes crumbling down.
That health crisis led me on my healing journey, and it took my work to an even deeper level. Now, as a three-time founder, life coach and thought leader to tens of thousands, I built The Vitality Project to protect our industry’s most valuable asset: its people.
