Accessibility statement
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Our commitment
The Vitality Project is for beauty, barber and wellness professionals, and that includes professionals with disabilities. We are working towards conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, at Level AA.
Accessibility goals
- Use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate by structure.
- Make navigation, dropdown menus and forms operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Provide alternative text for meaningful images and hide decorative images from assistive technology.
- Respect device preferences for reduced motion.
- Support text resizing and avoid relying on colour alone to convey information.
Known limitations
- This site has not yet had a formal third party accessibility audit. We are stating our own assessment, not a certified one.
- Embedded content we do not control, including the YouTube player, follows that provider’s own accessibility support.
- Some photographs carry text inside the image. We are working through those.
