Before launching The Vitality Project, Elizabeth Faye spent more than a decade coaching and helping change the lives of more than 30,000 paying clients. A hairdresser turned trauma-informed life and health coach, somatic facilitator and workplace wellness expert, she brings mental health, healing and leadership into beauty in a way that is practical, critically needed and deeply human. She is a TEDx speaker, podcast host, author, and co-director of an award-winning documentary on Amazon Prime.
