You deserve care.

Mental Health, Safety & Support

Our hearts are with you if you are navigating mental health challenges. We care deeply about the well-being of everyone in our community and hold the seriousness of mental and emotional health with great respect.

A Note on Mental Health

The Vitality Project is designed to support wellness, nervous system regulation, leadership, and personal growth. While this work can be deeply impactful, it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If that support is needed, this work can sit alongside a licensed therapist, counselor, psychiatrist, or medical professional.

Important Boundaries & Disclaimer: The Vitality Project team, facilitators, coaches, community moderators, retreats, programs, content, and AI tools are not licensed medical or mental health professional replacements. Nothing we offer should be interpreted as medical advice, mental health diagnosis, psychological or psychiatric treatment, or crisis support or emergency care.

A Trauma-Aware Acknowledgment

This work can sometimes be activating or triggering, bringing emotions, memories, or physical sensations to the surface. While this can be part of a healing or awareness process, it can also feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. We always recommend having professional support available and honoring your personal limits. Healing is not linear, and support should never feel isolating or unsafe.

If This Is an Emergency

If you or someone you know is experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or harm to others, please seek immediate help.
